Teamwork
When everyone has access to the same tools, collaboration is a differentiator. People enjoy working with me because I listen and value their contributions. I’ve worked cross-functionally with product designers, marketers, engineers, and CEOs. I’ve taken courses in brainstorming and creative collaboration at IDEOU. I’m interested in the best possible outcome, not individual glory.
Learning mindset
I’m always learning something. Before e-learning became mainstream, I would take courses online or extension schools in subjects I was curious about, like social psychology or urban planning. Extension schools weren’t exactly like Community, but they gave me a chance to meet people from different ages and backgrounds. My approach is that if I don’t know how to do something, it’s temporary. I can learn how, and my company will benefit from it.
Reliability
People might assume reliability and responsibility is a given, but in 2026 that’s not the case. I can also work independently and proactively to move projects forward. If a deadline cannot be met, I communicate that so we can look for solutions and prioritize. This will be a hallmark of my team.
