Why pick me
Learning mindset
I’m a believer in lifelong learning. Before e-learning became mainstream, I would take courses online or extension schools in subjects I was curious about, like social psychology or urban planning. Extension schools weren’t exactly like Community, but they were still interesting and gave me a chance to meet people from different ages and backgrounds. I take the approach that if I don’t know how to do something, it’s temporary. I can learn how.
Collaboration
When everyone has access to the same tools, collaboration is a differentiator. People enjoy working with me because I listen to them and value their contributions. I’ve worked cross-functionally with everyone from product designers to marketers, engineers, and CEOs. I’ve taken courses in brainstorming and creative collaboration at IDEOU. I’m interested in the best possible outcome, not feeding my ego. Let’s build on what you have going on to make collaboration even stronger.
Reliability
I thought that reliability and responsibility was a given for professionals, but in 2024 that’s not the case. With me, you’re getting someone who can work independently and proactively to move projects forward. If a deadline cannot be met, I communicate that so we can look for solutions and prioritize.
But don’t just take my word for it…
“His special ability to listen and empathize and turn that understanding into thoughtful insights sparks new ideas and makes him such a compelling copywriter. He’s wildly creative, a great collaborator and always curious.”
“Kiran is one of the most talented writers I’ve worked with. He thinks outside the box and brings fresh ideas to any project he works on. His positive attitude is contagious. Kiran is reliable and always delivers on time.”
“He’s fully capable of running complex projects independently and presenting work to stakeholders with ease. In creative reviews, he’s reliably insightful and always respectful. Beyond these particulars, though, Kiran is simply a sweetheart of a person and a creative to his core.”
